When you submit our project enquiry form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if provided), and the project details you share. You don't need to create an account or provide payment information just to contact us.

If you choose to pay a service deposit, custom quote fee or consultation fee, your payment is processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe and Cal.com). We never see or store your card details ourselves; see our Terms of Service for how these payments, refunds and cancellations work.

3. Cookies & Analytics

With your consent (via the cookie banner shown on your first visit), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. You can decline this at any time; declining does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use enquiry details solely to respond to your project request, prepare proposals and, if you become a client, deliver the agreed work. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and client information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
