Discovery & Brief Alignment
Before concepts, comes understanding.We start by asking the questions most studios skip. Who is this product for, and what do they already have? What does it need to cost to be commercially viable? Where does it need to be made, and what does that constrain? What does success actually look like for your business in 18 months?
The output is a shared brief, a precise definition of the problem that anchors every decision that follows. Projects derail when the brief is vague. We make it airtight before a single concept begins.
Concept Development
Options, not gambles.We explore the problem broadly before we commit to a direction. Multiple concepts are developed in parallel, each tested against the brief for form logic, user context, manufacturing feasibility and brand fit. You see the thinking, not just the conclusion.
This stage feeds directly into product design and industrial design, with CMF direction considered from the first sketch, not retrofitted once the form is locked. Decisions made here save weeks downstream.
3D Modelling & Visualisation
See it before it exists.Precision CAD replaces the sketch. Every surface, radius and parting line gets modelled to real-world tolerances, not just approximated for looks. This is the stage where a product stops being an idea and starts being a file a factory could actually quote against.
Photorealistic rendering replaces guesswork. You see the product exactly as a customer, buyer or investor will, under real lighting, in real materials, before a single physical part exists. Changes here cost nothing. Changes after tooling cost thousands.
Design for Manufacturing
No surprises at the factory.Engineering gets involved before tooling does, not after. Tolerances, wall thicknesses, draft angles, assembly sequencing and material selection are resolved against your actual manufacturing process, whether that's injection moulding, CNC, die-casting or a hybrid.
This is the exact stage most studios skip, and the exact stage that determines your unit cost, your lead time, and whether your first-article samples pass inspection or bounce back for rework.
Prototyping & Validation
Proof, not polish.Physical prototypes get tested against the original spec, not just admired on a desk. We match the prototyping method to your production method wherever possible, so what you're validating actually predicts how the product behaves at volume.
Fit, function, durability and manufacturability get checked under real conditions before you commit to tooling spend. If something fails, it fails here, while it's still a design change and not a steel change.
Production Handover & Support
Our job ends when yours begins.Complete documentation, technical drawings, CMF specifications, tolerancing and assembly instructions, gets handed to your factory of choice in the format they actually need, not a generic export that creates more questions than it answers.
Our team stays available to answer your factory's questions directly, and we stay involved until the first production units come off the line correctly. A handover that gets abandoned after delivery isn't support, it's a liability transfer.
